I can confirm that: All STAFF have read and signed the Communication Book.

I can confirm that: All bathrooms/toilets have been cleaned during my shift, and all bedrooms and main living areas have been cleaned.

I can confirm that: The Kitchen, worktops, cupboard doors and appliances have been cleaned and disinfected (including the microwave and air fryer) during my shift.

I can confirm that: I have mopped the floors to a high standard where needed and hoovered the whole house.

I can confirm that: The bins been emptied/ put in the correct place outside.

I can confirm that: The tumble dryer filter & water reservoir been emptied.

I can confirm that: All the clients have sufficient food/groceries, and passed on to the day staff any required items.

I can confirm that: The Fridge & Freezer Temperature is within normal range and accurately recorded on the chart.

All letters received in the post: I have opened and shared to the office via 01903 9140035 or admin@kmxgroup.co.uk. Any personal health and appointment letters are recorded in the communication book and stored in the client's file.

I can confirm that the house Mobile & Tablet is charged and in full Working order.

Any areas of damage to the property, individual possessions, OR appliance faults: I have reported to the office, via admin@kmxgroup.co.uk.

I can confirm that: During my shift all the laundry has been done, ironed for the clients,and put away.

I have handed The HOUSE KEYS to the house person at the end of my shift.

I Have checked that: All the CASH TINS have been countersigned, and I am certain that the balances are correct.

I confirm that I have checked that: There are no expired food items in the fridge, freezer, or cupboards, and all fresh foods are labelled with dates.

I also confirm that I have checked that the medications have been counted and recorded correctly. I understand that this is my responsibility to count these at the end of my shift and report immediately any inaccuracies.

I have checked that: The food temperature charts are filled in for every meal for every client (chart should be in every client's file).

I confirm that I have taken selected frozen food items out of the freezer which are to be defrosted in the fridge for 24 hours - (until fully defrosted). I have labelled these items with dates to be eaten by.

I have advised the team which clients have declined to take their medication/creams etc, and have reported to the office during my shift.
